3. Orders and Payments
3.1 Ordering Process
All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
Natal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent, unauthorized, or inconsistent with our business policies.
3.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Customers are charged immediately at checkout, and an official invoice will be issued upon delivery of the order.
We accept major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe.
3.3 Pre-Orders
For pre-order products, customers are charged at checkout to reserve stock. Estimated shipping start dates are indicated on each product page.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed, as each reservation directly allocates production inventory.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Origin and Carriers
All orders are shipped from Miami, Florida, USA. Natal utilizes third-party shipping services to fulfill deliveries through FedEx, UPS, or USPS, selected automatically for the most cost-effective and efficient delivery.
4.2 Processing and Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the following business day.
4.3 International Shipping
International shipping is available at a flat rate of $25 USD.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
4.4 Pre-Order Shipping Timeline
Shipping for pre-order products will begin after the date specified on each product page.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
5.1 Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and include the original Natal tag attached to the garment.
5.2 Return Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at info@natal-clothing.com before sending any item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5.3 Pre-Order Returns
Pre-order items are non-refundable until they have been delivered. Once received, they are subject to the same 14-day return window and condition requirements outlined above.
5.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Natal reserves the right to deny a refund if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or missing tags.

All products sold under Natal are original designs, conceived by Natal and produced in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
Each product is crafted through a high-quality, artisanal process.
6.2 Minor Variations
Due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our production, minor variations in stitching, embroidery, fabric tone, or fit may occur. These differences are intentional and shall not be considered defects.
6.3 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Natal reserves the right to modify or discontinue any item without prior notice.
7. Pricing, Taxes, and Duties
7.1 Currency
All prices displayed on our Website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) by default.
7.2 Taxes and Duties
Prices do not include sales tax or import duties. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout for domestic orders.
International customers are responsible for paying customs duties and import taxes upon delivery.
