This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from natal-clothing.com (“the Website”) may be returned or exchanged.
By completing a purchase through our Website, you agree to the terms described herein.
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1 Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
2.2 Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The original Natal tag must remain attached to the garment.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, if possible.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products labeled as “Pre-Order” or “Pre-Sale” until they have been delivered.
- Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Products showing visible signs of use, wear, or removal of the original tag.
2.4 Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are non-refundable and non-cancelable prior to delivery, as each reservation secures limited production units.
Once the pre-order item has been delivered, customers may initiate a return within 14 days, provided it meets all conditions listed above.
3. Return Procedure
3.1 Initiating a Return
Before sending any product back, customers must contact info@natal-clothing.com to request a Return Authorization.
Please include your:
- Full name
- Order number
- Product(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
3.2 Shipping the Return
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Natal Asbor LLC is not liable for lost or damaged returns; we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
3.3 Return Address
The specific return address will be provided via email upon approval of your return request.
4. Refunds
4.1 Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified by email regarding the status of their refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.
4.2 Deductions and Adjustments
- Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements may be partially refunded or rejected at the company’s discretion.

5. Exchanges
Due to the limited and artisanal nature of our products, direct exchanges are not offered at this time.
Customers wishing to exchange an item for a different size or model must first return the original product for a refund and then place a new order.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@natal-clothing.com with supporting photos.
We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

- The item shows signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or washing;
- The original tag is missing; or
- The product is returned after the allowed period.
